Every visit, without fail, the staff makes you feel like a nuisance for doing something as routine as picking up your prescription. The energy is cold, the tone is dismissive, and there is zero sense that anyone here is happy to help. I actually feel guilty walking up to the counter — not because I've done anything wrong, but because the staff seems so put out by your presence. The only reason I continue to come is that it's directly across the street from my apartment. Save yourself the misery if you have any other option at all.
