Even the customer service desk employees just say I don’t know. Pricing is always incorrect, produce always old. People in this community deserve better.

Most of the staff are polite and professional, but there is one worker whose behavior is consistently rude and unprofessional. I think her name is Christine, according to another patient. I’ve seen her make direct eye contact with me and other customers waiting in line, only to refuse to assist us. But when she does, she tends to yell “NEXT!” in an aggressive, impatient tone while waving her hand, which is extremely disrespectful. What’s concerning is that I’ve noticed multiple other reviews mentioning the same employee and similar behavior, yet it seems nothing has been done to correct the issue. I truly hope management takes these repeated complaints seriously.
