Each time the phone rings, it then goes silent as if I’m on “hold,” but the holding music doesn’t work. As soon as I hear someone answer the call & it’s no longer white noise. The associate that decides to pick up chooses to hang up on me back-to-back immediately. If you don’t want to answer the phone or talk to people, then don’t get a job that requires customer support/services. At this point, you guys may be the equivalent, and compared to the low quality of CVS & let me tell you, that’s not feedback you want to hear.
