  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the level of service I received at the Osco Pharmacy located on Cottage Grove in Chicago. During my recent visit, the pharmacy technician at the pickup window failed to offer even a basic greeting. Instead, she addressed me in a loud and discourteous manner, abruptly demanding my date of birth and name. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was both surprising and disappointing, especially in a healthcare environment where respectful communication should be standard practice. Patients and customers should be treated with civility and empathy, not impatience or hostility. I trust that management will take appropriate steps to review staff conduct and ensure proper customer service training is implemented. Professionalism and courtesy are fundamental expectations in patient care, and interactions such as this reflect poorly on the integrity of the pharmacy’s service standards.

  Employees have bad attitudes. The produce has mold, never good quality. Self checkout never allows cash. Self check out only has 3 machines on when there’s 6.
