  I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism at this dialysis center. My father has been receiving treatment here, and unfortunately, his experience has been consistently concerning. In particular, a staff member named Jenny has demonstrated behavior that I find inappropriate and unprofessional. There have been multiple instances where she has spoken to my father in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting where patients should feel safe, respected, and cared for. I want to make it clear that I have documented proof of these incidents, including recordings that reflect this treatment. If these issues are not addressed promptly and appropriately, I am prepared to escalate this matter further through formal complaints and any necessary channels. My priority is ensuring my father is treated with dignity and that all practices at this facility are fair and ethical. Overall, I strongly urge management to review staff conduct . Patients and their families deserve respectful treatment and clear, honest communication especially in a medical environment where trust is critical.
