  Before starting with Paul, I was dealing with pain on the top of my left shoulder during most overhead movements, kipping and handstand walks. Through targeted body work and treatment, I felt a huge improvement. His approach wasn’t just temporary relief — it actually addressed what was going. Before this, I felt like I didn’t have a clear solution or understanding of how to fix the issue. Now I can do all those overhead movements with little to no pain and my range of motion is so much better. Working with Paul has made a huge difference in my training and I can’t thank him enough!!

  I reached out to Paul with a mix of chronic and acute physical issues from long term weight training, etc. His interest, expertise, and passion in his field and in his patients is immediately evident. He offers a holistic approach that includes physical exercises as well as intense manual targeted work. I've had a lot of manual work done over the years, and none as immediately effective as Paul!

  As an endurance athlete who doesn't know how to slow down, and with an ongoing (year+) injury, Paul was the final missing piece. Paul is deliberate, intentional, methodical, extremely knowledgable, not to mention super friendly and approachable! I've spent a lot of money on PT before, elsewhere, with little to no difference. The progress I've made in the same time with FTP has been tenfold. I'm finally back to running again and I couldn't be happier. Shouting praises from the rooftop for Paul—highly recommend.

  Paul is the absolute best! He’s helped me regain range of motion in my ankle after years of neglect following 15+ year old sprains, he’s helped me correct poor shoulder movement patterns, and he’s done miracles on my neck and traps after straining them in a workout. His knowledge of the human anatomy + ability to manually release tight tissue + recommendations for continual strengthening are unmatched. I really appreciate how he explains to me what he’s working on and gives me guidance to fix issues on my own so over time I’m less dependent on manual therapies from a provider. Super grateful for the knowledge he’s shared with me and the improvements in my mobility and strength from his care. Couldn’t recommend working with him more!
