  i have been going here for about 4-5 years give or take. Overall hasnt been a bad place. But as of recently it seems the customer service has been slipping. For example, I to them in August of 2025 to have a cleaning done. I got a random bill in the mail end of March beginning of April of 2026 saying i owe $300+. I was caught by surpirse as I usuallty pay right as I leave but since it was so long ago and maybe forgot to check in and make sure, no biggie though. I called to talk with someone to get a better understanding and get this all sorted out. The only response I was able to recieve from one of the workers were " we tried calling back in Decmeber 2025 to inform you". I went back to my miss calls and found out they called 2-3 days before Xmas and didnt even leave a voicemail. I dont answer the phone when a number is not saved in my contacts. You would figure that around the holidays people are busy with their friends, family or loved ones. The lady told me she would take my informaton down and have someone call me the next day... Its been 7 days and no call yet. It may be time for me to find a new dential place.

  I scheduled an appointment for my husband specifically with an in-network dentist through our insurance. However, when he arrived for his visit, he was seen by a different dentist who was out-of-network—without any prior notice or consent. As a result, we were unexpectedly charged 20% for X-rays and the evaluation. When I called the office to address this issue, the response I received was simply an apology and a note added “for next time,” which is not an acceptable resolution. This reflects a lack of attention to patient care and transparency. Patients trust that offices will respect insurance arrangements and clearly communicate any changes ahead of time. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I would not recommend this office based on this experience.

  Great experience. Dental hygienist & dentist along with the entire staff were extremely professional, efficient, & kind. Everything was explained to me in great detail. Highly recommend.

  I had a dental emergency and they were able to see me right away. Very kind and patient, they answered my questions and explained my options before the procedure, as well as making sure I was comfortable after it. Wonderful Dentists, Assistants, and Front Desk staff.
