Great people, and every store I’ve visited has a welcoming and knowledgeable team. My first eye exam with them was excellent. The optometrist at Warby Parker did a great job walking me through the exam and answering all of my questions. The team also did a fantastic job helping me choose a pair.

I had a wonderful experience at Warby Parker. Dr. Boyd took the time to explain my options. She gave me multiple recommendations for my dry eyes and was very responsive to my concerns. Kimberly at the West Loop location was the star of the day. She served as my ultimate stylist. She listened to my preferences and helped me decide between so many fabulous options. Ultimately, I ended up going with her favorite pair and I’m so excited. She also added several of my other favs to my profile for future purchases. Thank you so much!

I had a fantastic visit at the Warby Parker location on Fullerton, the staff especially Kimberly have assisted me on a pair of clear low nose bridge glasses which I know will impact my livelihood in profound ways. Kimberly and Kai went out of their way striving for a method to accommodate me on a pair of recent discontinued frames that fit my liking. I left satisfied and grateful that they were able to assist me on my concerns.
