The sales associate was very nice and helped me pick out frames and I tried on a pair and decided on them, only to find that they were discontinued. For the company in general, I've found that the glasses here have declined in quality, with too much fluctuation in style availability and the size differences between styles make it difficult to find the right pair, and they've gone up significantly in price. Their digital try on service is not an adequate replacement for the home try on service.
