I was ready to make a purchase, and although they initially approached me, they repeatedly interrupted our interaction to assist white customers who entered the store afterward. Even when I was clearly prepared to check out, they prioritized those customers instead. The pattern was obvious and unacceptable. The sellers were a older lady and a younger woman with rounded glasses. I wasted a big time waiting.

Way to wide of a fit so my hair is constantly being pulled out in the hinges area. The staff tried to adjust them in store but seemed annoyed when I asked for another adjustment.

After already taking time off of work to attend this appointment, it’s incredibly annoying. Here’s hoping another day and Warby Parker location in the city won’t create another inconvenience. Otherwise it’ll be time to find another place to get my eye exams done. Why would Warby Parker hire doctors who do not accept the insurance listed on their website?
