After two weeks, this first pair had arrived on 12/6 no one called or emailed me to inform me of it. I had called the day prior to check if they had arrived. They had said no. I waited and waited till I had to call on 12/10 to see if they had arrived after more than two weeks. I had to get that pair remade. Again, if it was for me asking specifically for the itemized receipt with the sales order number to be able to track it online, they wouldn’t have called either to say my glasses were in. I checked it today, 12/18, and said it arrived on 12/17 no phone call, no text, no nothing.
