Fitness CenterStretchLab
StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Wicker Park offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

She is an amazing flexologist and truly makes me feel like I’m getting a great stretch when I come in. She is amazing and I absolutely love her!! Also Also, Sasha has been so amazing to me and always look forward to seeing these two when I come in

A friend suggested I tried StretchLab and I'm happy she did. It really has been a game changer. From the very first visit I could feel the difference. I just felt...lighter. It's hard to explain. After months I can physically feel if I miss a visit. The whole experience is highly recommended. The personnel at the Wicker Park location are exceptional. I've had several stretchologists? Flexologists? Stretch persons? They have all been fantastic. The one consistent person from day one has been Sasha, the manager. She has been my rock and I'll always trust her to steer me towards the right person for me.
