The gym floor is very spacious, the employees have mostly always been friendly and helpful, and although they’re currently undergoing construction, they’ve kept the locker rooms open and moved the equipment so it’s still possible to get a solid workout in. The Cicero location could learn a thing or two from this location

Gus, was very polite and friendly, but another employee, a female in all black looking at her cell phone would not acknowledge or greet us while Gus was busy with another customer, Gus said he could not show us the machines and that they do not show you how to use them. We asked about a specific machine and he said we would have to look for it ourselves.

Stuff that they want to still keeping service like the hand towels and the cable machines are broken. And they don't much to start with because of the construction.
- NCNathan CNov 13, 20251.0If you like broken equipment, working out in a construction zone, and having your gym flooded with teenagers every summer then this is the gym for you! PF offers free student gym passes every summer, staff does nothing to monitor as these kids who flood the gym, treating it like a playground and breaking equipment. Construction started 3 weeks ago, cutting the gym in half with all the equipment crammed into half the room. Drywall particles and construction dust floating around. All if this for your normal full-price membership because PF doesn’t care about devaluing your experience. Management is apathetic to feedback since that’s the PF way.
