- NAnadia aFeb 28, 20262.0A genuinely terrible experience. The front desk people were not kind, and the sink where I took out my contacts was disgusting. The facilities are run down, the equipment is rusted and old, the exam room was freezing and nothing was wiped down beforehand. I'm only giving two stars because the optometrist was efficient and quick. Go to the location on Clark and Lawrence instead.
