Last year I got a set of lenses with prescription and was able to pay half of my balance that day and the other half upon picking up my glasses. This year when I went to get another set of prescription lenses that was not the case. They had no option to split the payment and I was forced to pay the full amount of $310 out of pocket that day. Had I known ahead of time I wouldn’t have came in. I believe that company should work with customers especially consider the climate of the economy. This was a very costly trip and was not expecting. Go back to your original policy.
