We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. - MSMoriah SwardsonDec 2, 20251.0I wanted to share my frustration regarding my recent appointment. I scheduled my visit online, received the email confirmation, and arrived at the office at the exact appointment time of 4:45 PM. When I arrived, the front desk staff told me the doctor had already gone home for the day, despite my confirmed appointment. I even took an Uber to get there, so I ended up losing money and time because of this. The staff mentioned the doctor leaves at 5 PM, which makes it even more confusing why your system would allow a 4:45 appointment to be booked in the first place. While the front desk workers were friendly and offered to reschedule, this level of disorganization doesn’t make me feel confident about trying again. If appointments can’t be honored or accurately scheduled through your online system, it should be removed as an option. This situation was extremely inconvenient, and it wasn’t the patient’s fault. I hope this feedback helps prevent this from happening to others. Thank you.

The other staff in the office were also amazing. They were patient and helped me navigate the best options for me. I highly recommend this specific Pearle Vision.
