We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

- GBGuillermo BaezNov 22, 20251.0Took my son to a re-evaluation of his prescription today 11/22/2025 at this Pulaski location by 51st street. Was seen by Doc. Anderson and we did not have the most ethical experience at all. I asked Doctor Anderson what my sons prescription was in July of this year, and he followed with a hesitation to tell me and saying “ what does it matter what his prescription was then, you wouldn’t understand the numbers “ he continued to express that none of that would make sense to me. I have worn glasses since I was 7 years old and have had my share of experiences with prescription and what it means. I am no doctor and I understand it, but I HAVE NEVER had this type of response given over a simple question that should be conversed about. Doctor Anderson lacked integrity and ethics in dealing with a patient and the patients parents questions. Walked out pretty upset with the interaction that I had with this Doctor was VERY DISREGARDING AND OFFENSIVE.

I went to the location by Ford City until they closed...the ladies here are the same ones that were at the FC location and I am thankful for they know how to help their clients and are very efficient. My husband and daughter went for their glasses on a Saturday and they were in by Tuesday. Super service!!!!!
