- JJJFeb 16, 20261.0I tried to schedule a contact exam (within 12 months of my standard exam, which is covered by my insurance) and they refused to schedule me because my insurance was about 1-2 months out for resetting— they told me to wait until I could get my standard eye exam again in 2 months. I told them I was about to run out of contacts… which I think is a pretty obvious reason to want a contact exam.. the CSR seemed annoyed on the line, I basically had to beg for an exam. I ended up deciding to run out of contacts and suffer so I could take my business elsewhere after this poor experience. (This was a couple months ago, but I never wrote a review and I’m still upset!)

I was going to try another location but tried here again, this time they even called to confirm my appointment. Noah and the woman doctor (didn’t get her name) were incredible and made this time around so much more pleasant. They definitely made it go smoothly and took time to help.
- MZMichelle ZDec 26, 20252.0I had a very disappointing experience here. I’ve come to this location in the past and never had a complaint but my latest visits, plural, were a disaster. The doctors messed up my contact fitting on my first visit. Things happen and I’m trying to be understanding but when I went back complaining of dizziness and nausea when wearing my contacts, they gave me a new trial pair it made the issue even worse. I had to go back I believe three additional times and my contacts still aren’t right. It’s like they are guessing what strength and fit to give me. I’ve worn contacts for 30 years and never once had a problem. I get my exam and come back in a year or two when I’m running low on contacts. In addition to wasting my time, I paid for vision insurance all year and wasted my one free annual eye exam coming here. I also went ahead and ordered new lenses for my glasses after the first visit, not even considering that the prescription could be wrong. So now those are a waste. I’m traveling soon and am completely out of contacts so I had to order some and will just suffer with a wonky prescription. The one positive is the staff is always friendly and polite. I just wish they could have gotten my prescription right.
