- MZMichelle ZDec 26, 20252.0I had a very disappointing experience here. I’ve come to this location in the past and never had a complaint but my latest visits, plural, were a disaster. The doctors messed up my contact fitting on my first visit. Things happen and I’m trying to be understanding but when I went back complaining of dizziness and nausea when wearing my contacts, they gave me a new trial pair it made the issue even worse. I had to go back I believe three additional times and my contacts still aren’t right. It’s like they are guessing what strength and fit to give me. I’ve worn contacts for 30 years and never once had a problem. I get my exam and come back in a year or two when I’m running low on contacts. In addition to wasting my time, I paid for vision insurance all year and wasted my one free annual eye exam coming here. I also went ahead and ordered new lenses for my glasses after the first visit, not even considering that the prescription could be wrong. So now those are a waste. I’m traveling soon and am completely out of contacts so I had to order some and will just suffer with a wonky prescription. The one positive is the staff is always friendly and polite. I just wish they could have gotten my prescription right.

Erica has such a horrible attitude..I was One of the first Customer I said good morning. She said nothing like she didn't hear me. Every time I ask her a question she would say she didn't know she's been working there for years. How do you know nothing? Every time I ask her a question it looked like I was bothering her or like it bothered her to do her job. I've been going here for years the atmosphere has definitely changed
