  The attendant at the front desk and the female lab worker were polite. We initially felt welcomed by all the smiles. The middle aged white male technician was exceptionally rude and highly aggressive with my senior parent and me. First of all he was speaking so fast and I could tell that something was off with his approach. He explained the whole hearing process, that we have already researched on. After the hearing test, It was very clear that this male technician was making it seem like my parent had a really bad hearing problem, which was not true as it was mild to moderate loss. We were highly pressured to purchase headphones here. It was worse than talking to a car salesman. This white male technician was not at all transparent in answering any of our questions about the demo piece that they used and was in a hurry to write up a sale contract. He was evasive to give any guarantee on the headphones for the amount he was expecting us to spend, which was well over $8000. Then they said that clients get trade in values at a later point. This is such a scam to hook in clients and extort money out of them by pushing them to trade in and keep upgrading. The technician was so desperate to sell us the headphones that he even said that my elderly parent won't last longer than the headphones!! Pathetic!! No wonder he was talking fast and saying things under his breath, as though clients cannot catch it. I doubt if they have many clients or even made any sales. At one point he laughed at my senior parent with hearing problems, when my parent asked him to repeat a question. Horrible horrible experience. Clearly this technician was threatened by clients like us who are educated and well aware. At the end we decided against making a purchase and told him directly that he is pressuring clients. The technician made a rookie mistake by not asking questions or even trying to understand my parent's lifestyle before suggesting the right HAs. Just desperate to make money for the day by closing a deal. Horrible horrible horrible. Stay away from this place. They do not have certified audiologists, they only have technicians, like car salesman looking to sell. My advice to anyone reading this review is to go to a qualified audiologist in a hospital first and work with an agency that listens and you feel comfortable working with. Do not ever get bullied into buying anything unnecessary.
