- EPEmmanuel ParraAug 4, 20241.0I usually don’t write bad reviews but my experience with the meat department was terrible. I have always bought meat from the freezer that is not Mariano’s and asked them to grill them and they always did it for me. Today I went in and did the same so I could get some steaks and they said they couldn’t cook them. There were 2 people there and a girl with a lot of attitude and disrespect said they couldn’t grill them. That is not just lazy but also super bad customer service. Second of all the “policy” is that you can only grill 2 steaks per family. Since when is a family only 2 people? I didn’t want to say nothing to the workers or confront them because it wasn’t worth it since they are grocery store workers and obviously have no higher education then high school 🤣🤣🤦♂️🤦♂️ they already lack manners and respect. The light skinned girl even started arguing with my sister and straight lied to her face and when my sister tried to clarify things she was just straight rude. Marianos come get your workers because they obviously ain’t doing a good job.

Jill is very very knowledgable and willing to answer any question. What sets her apart tho is how compassionate and professional she is: always makes you feel welcome with a friendly smile. Every time she is there: it’s been friendly, quick, and helpful. I've never had such a good experience at a big chain drugstore. - NNNickMay 24, 20195.0I would give six stars if I could. Dan and his team are simply the best. They manage a complicated series of meds for my mother and their service is without compare. They are so good that we actually changed to Mariano's as our go to grocery store . You guys are amazing!

Friendly, accommodating, professional and knowledgable, I started here because the promotion they had for a $25 gift card for transferring a prescription.
