Owners change the juice i dont even know but quilaty changed but what didnt change was the welcoming professional staff. Ya taking the handles off paper bags bad idea, nd not letting us have hand carts because someone said they will spend more. No we get in each other way. The older in disabled the hand basket was perfect. For me a nurodivergety the grocery store need a plan, times for less people the big chat i cant do it. Still the security, the customer service nd some guy tryed to help but also said fazing out. No dont. Care about options in our community. Not just normal people with no extra needs. Do we get ride of ramps for wheel chair nd walkers. No. The OJ was proof they cared. These new things make me worry they dont think about us in these smaller special needs. The employees all of them still have been kind in helpful even when its to stressful or now i plan to only get what i can carry in two hands. But the Pharmacy , im talking 3 locations Ravenwood. My first, Broadway (best burger in Chicago time nd grab a beer! Too) Nd Sheridan were i live closest to now! Are the kindest, welcoming professionals. When i call or ask they have never let me down when i need to get my meds, i have always felt able to speak, nd ask questions that someone without exstcutive funtion issues would under stand. But they have always put in the time never maid me feel less , when i get the two ladies names that always help me ill add edits. Its the Best RX team.
