- EAEnce AtrioAug 24, 20251.0Dr. Smith did not tell me when tests cost extra. I did not even get a copy of my prescription; she had me take a picture of my prescription. She essentially forced a contact into my eye during my lens fitting and wanted me to sign off on being trained before I had gone through the training. I left without contacts because of how uncomfortable I felt during the interactions. Also, at most places they will offer to tighten/clean your current frames but that did not happen here. It’s a small thing but makes a big difference in service. I’m sure the prescription is fine but I will be getting my lenses elsewhere — with my PICTURE of a prescription.
