She essentially forced a contact into my eye during my lens fitting and wanted me to sign off on being trained before I had gone through the training. I left without contacts because of how uncomfortable I felt during the interactions. Also, at most places they will offer to tighten/clean your current frames but that did not happen here. It’s a small thing but makes a big difference in service. I’m sure the prescription is fine but I will be getting my lenses elsewhere — with my PICTURE of a prescription.

No one said can I help you they were walking around talking making phone calls I cannot believe the service I got as soon as the gentleman Walked in of another race. They greeted him immediately. I cannot believe it. I couldn’t believe I was treated this way!
