No effort to help, no courtesy, just a flat refusal. I ended up driving all the way to the River Forest location, where the staff was far more knowledgeable and respectful. They honored the warranty without hesitation and made the return process smooth and easy. If you’re looking for accountability and customer service, I’d recommend skipping this location entirely.
