Team Lead James very kindly took the time to fix my loose-screwed glasses before they fell apart. The repair was swift (not more than 4-5 minutes), the staff courteous, all seamlessly accomplished while the team was attending to other customers with more urgent needs. 5 Star service.

In store staff both respected our own space (didn't always stood with us always which is good) as well as attentive and kind, especially thinking we came 30minutes before closing so that was a big plus for us. They helped me to choose the best glasses for me.

Dr. Mokaya is genuinely the most considerate optometrist I’ve met. It’s clear that she cares deeply about solving her patients’ problems while minimizing all possible inconveniences. No matter the issue, you won’t go wrong with booking an appointment with her — especially if it regards RGP lenses.

Customer service is excellent. All the staff are approachable and very helpful, especially Deina, who assisted me in choosing the right eyeglasses frame. Dr. Rafael is also very pleasant and highly professional. Highly recommended!

I came into LensCrafters very late on Black Friday weekend Sunday. I just wanted to look since I knew they’d be closing soon. James went above and beyond to not only help me find pairs I liked, but to contact my primary office to get my prescription set, size me and get an order for 2 glasses squared away efficiently and effectively. Amazing customer service from james!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
