After few days without improvement, I could not get into see an ophthalmologist so I went to my local Lenscrafter. Dr. Rafael was able to use a retinol exam to discover a torn retina in my left eye. Without immediate treatment my retina could have detached, requiring major surgery and a 6 month recovery. Dr. Rafael found me a specialist even on a weekend and made sure I was taken care of. So grateful Dr. Rafael went the extra mile and feel great that I have a trusted eye doctor so close by.
