Overall the experience was positive. I was able to get checked in quickly and was supported by multiple members of the team. It did seem like they were having some technical issues with program software, but I didn’t feel like they took their frustrations out on clients which is huge in my book for customer service. This was my first trip to this location, but I’d return.
I didn’t look at glasses, but it seemed like they had a wide selection available.
The doctor I saw was great and made sure I understood all tests and results.

This location gave me the WRONG contact lens Rx, I never received the (incorrect) lenses OR the glasses I ordered for $760, then the manager said I had to physically come back into the store for a refund because because it was over 30 days. Now I'm short $760 AND my vision is still messed up.

Walked in and was greeted by Jon Kowalski. Immediately was asked what I was in for and accommodated me. I came in for an emergency contact replacement. He understood and was able to deliver what I needed with no hassle. This is the experience they deliver at this location all the time. Thank you, Ron.

I walked in today as I was trying to use my insurance benefit on my last day of coverage before a new one kicked in. I figured I’d get an eye exam and get some prescription sunglasses and maybe even the new Meta Raybans. They took down all my information, INCLUDING my telephone number and told me to come back at 140pm for an appointment for an eye exam. That was around 1250pm and since it was a slow WFH day, I did some shopping at Old Navy and then had a quick lunch and rushed to get back in time for my appointment. When I arrived ON TIME, I was told they made a mistake and the next available appointment wasn’t until 2pm. At that point, I already took an hour out of my day to wait for an appointment. Mind you, before I arrived, I looked online about an hour before and the only appointment that wasn’t available was 1pm.
In any case, if you had my phone number, why couldn’t you use it to call me and tell me that you gave me the wrong appointment time? That’s just lazy and UNPROFESSIONAL.
Additionally, I came here about 2 months prior to get my glasses adjusted. The person at the main desk asked if I could wait a minute and told me he’d be right back. A few minutes later, a colleague of his asked me if I had been helped and I told him the other guy said he’ll be right back. After nearly 10 minutes of being gone, he comes back but he either clocked out to go home or go to lunch and his colleague came back to me, apologized and then proceeded to help me. Once again, UNPROFESSIONAL.
I was switching to this location because it IS closer to my house and is supposed to be more convenient but now I won’t bring my business here again. I don’t normally give out bad reviews but let’s call it what it is.

On October 30th at 7:15 pm, I went to pick up my glasses 15 minutes prior to the store closing. The sales person had the door lock, stared at me while eating a snack as I was standing there trying to open the door. It takes 10 minutes or less to pick up glasses. Absolutely unprofessional!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
