New donors BEWARE! If you come here you will be waiting 4-6 hours minimum. I came in at 10:30 didn't leave until 3:30. This place is extremely slow. The workers are standing around talking and walking off not calling any names. Don't leave until you know for sure that you have been paid. This center don't always pay out. Some of the females workers always have a attitude and not every one is sticking. Long story short if you like ghetto unprofessional this is the center. This location needs to be closed immediately.

Great service. Professionals. The only thing I would change is the waiting time. Specially for us Veterans since we also have our own appointments at the VA hospital. Aside from that I have no complaints.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First time here. Awful experience. Nothing but condensing attitudes and they talk to you like you're beneath them. Whoever is incharge needs to deal with their employees attitude give them some better customer service knowledge. No one is above anyone. A little politeness goes along way. What a bad experience for a first comer. I'll definitely won't be back nor would I ever recommend anyone here. 3.5hrs wasted for nothing. Nothing but unprofessional staffing. Yelling at each other, talking about patients. Hepa doesn't exist in this facility I guess. Everyone's business just out there without any privacy.

I have always been afraid of needles , yet fell on hard times . I decided to donate at this center & no matter how nice or clean the facility the wait time is outrageous for a returning donor. Arriving at times at 9 a.m leaving out the facility at 1 & 2 pm , I felt like I was working for the donation as much time spent in the facility. What I can say is there is a lot of talking , walking , horse playing , and bias behavior by the staff towards with the donors. Only diversity at the establishment is within the staff not the management. Therefore is you do have a issue or a complaint there is retaliation by staff towards the donors especially the African American Donors and there is no Diversity within the management team .
If a donor is cool or friendly with a staff member they are pushed in front of others and told that the perspn is either a new donor or it was a honest mistake. Last month I had a express pass and stood in a line with others waiting for vitals to be taken . Which was odd due to the promotion the facility was running ( Scratch off tickets ) Stating a express pass you can walk up to anyone who is taking vitals that is available to take vitals before any names are called . Then they started the line mess saying it was too many express passes , duh there was no wheel and you could win wheel and they would give a free express pass instead. Well on this day my African American self was getting my vitals taken a Caucasian woman walks up while getting my vitals taken.
She says to the tech excuse me I would like to know how many others was ahead of her due to the fact the express line was growing. The tech looks into the computer disregarding me sitting there , I play it off with a smile no words . She tells the woman 4 others are ahead of her to take her vitals. The Caucasian woman goes and sits back down and says thank you . So the tech is back to taking my vitals after a apology , once my vitals was complete I went straight to the rest room . That same Caucasian woman still had not been called when I go use the restroom . I come out the restroom and sit in the lobby maybe 15 minutes cause the back was extremely over crowded no seats . I get up and head to the back area waiting on my name to be called to my surprise that same woman was already on the machine. My African American self called it racist to myself remembering what the vital tech has done.
I walk straight over to the Manager on Duty Patty another Caucasian woman and say I know for sure this woman was after me and is not a new donor. She asked me what Donor and I pointed to the Caucasian woman being hooked into the machine . Patty acted clueless, until I asked her to check the computer. Patty looks & says I'm sorry it was s mix up with her name . So I tell Patty that's not true the machine opens up to a Donor ID not name. This Caucasian woman had jumped this line with pretty much no wait time and I was there already 3 hours waiting and had a express pass . Patty states she sorry and blah , blah. Blah I immediately asked for corporate number to complain about donors giving gifts like M& Ms and tacos to staff to be ahead of other donors. As a African American woman I was offended and disregarded the woman was now donating and I was placed back into a line to wait boy was I upset . Still didn't react seems like she was looking for a reaction or attempt me so that she can deffere me for calling it out and other donors had the same issue about the woman going in front of them. To my surprise view those cameras she was pushed in front of nothing but African Americans and it was a Racial move being told she jumped 9 others as well and I explained it to Patty this is how I felt . It meant nothing as the day went on I left that day around 1:30 pm after getting there at 9 am .
Police frequent this center due to soliciting , outside the facility say anything you deffered . It's the way they handle the African American donors having the police called all the time . The staff will go into the back office and won't say a word to donors just leave
