However, whichever employee I spoke with today was very rude. I waited on hold for a few minutes, which is fine, but when he answered and I asked my question, he said, "oh my god," under his breath. I was calling to make sure my prescription transfer went through - not a stupid question. There's no reason for that.

But when I went in yesterday it was a disappointment. My medication was back ordered, no problem, it often is. The tech was really dismissive, leading with , “it’s going to be awhile, there are other customers ahead of you who have been waiting a long time.” Then followed up quickly with, “you are welcome to try another Jewel pharmacy.” Before I started coming to this pharmacy, my experience with other places was very much like this one. I’d leave the counter with way more anxiety than I went in with. This is why it meant so much that the people here were so different. This is my pharmacy, I’ll keep picking up my prescriptions here because I have established a relationship with them.
