  Patricia has been a blessing to my husband and me. She takes very good care of my husband, and she helps me with the household chores. I can now go out without worrying about my husband. I know she will keep him safe and happy, that he will be reminded to take his medications on time, and that when I return home my husband will be dressed and well-groomed, and that our home will be tidy, the laundry will be done and the trash removed. Patricia is wonderfully competent, kind, careful and generous. We could not ask for more.

  It took a few tries to find the right person to help my mom. But then Hope came to be my mom’s CP. What a blessing and answer to prayers! Hope was wonderful!! Very caring and interacted with my mom like she had known her for years. She learned what foods my mom liked and would cook and get her to eat. She kept everything nice and clean. My mom can be very hard but Hope broke through that and they would talk and laugh together. She cared for my mom like she was caring for her family. Hope became one of the family. Thankful that we had Hope with us during a very difficult time.

  My mother has been receiving services for over three years . The three main care givers Nell, Kemi and Mary have gone above and beyond for mom. They have willing added shifts so that mom could have fewer different care givers which has helped so much in giving mom the consistency and comfort she needs right now. They care for her like she is part of their family. Their warmth and caring for my mother helps to ease my mind and bring me peace knowing she is so well taken care of. With none of our family living in Chicago it has been wonderful having these three women caring for my mother. Marnie Saeugling

  Martell has been the consistent, caring, kind, gentle care pro for my brother Jose, whom seems to enjoy Martell's presence and care. He provides excellent detailed notes, amazing quality of care and understands and communicates effectively with Jose. Martell has demonstrated love and compassion and communicates concerns with Jose's well-being as well as concerns with the staff or the facility in his notes. From day 1, I noticed that he was going to work well with Jose and noticed that he followed the instructions for Jose's care provided by the family. Martell is one of a kind care pro and his skills need to be used to efucate and train other care pros on how to provide a quality of care that excels expectations. He should be placed in the training team. As a family, we appreciate the work Martell does with Jose.
