  Maddy has been helping my dad with activities of daily life for the past four years. She has been indispensable! We value her practical approach to getting things done, and she’s built a great trusting relationship with my dad. I know I couldn’t have handled getting my dad I know I couldn’t have handled getting my dad to all his appointments without her help. Knowing she’s there to assist my dad during the day allows me to focus on work and have peace of mind!

  Our caregiver Ruth provided excellent care for our beloved family member who was in hospice care. She showed great empathy for him while he was struggling with a difficult diagnosis. She took time to get to know him and his interests. Seeing that he loved to write, she helped set up a way in which he could comfortably sit and write while in bed. Then, while he wrote, she sat in the same room with him, quietly doing some of her own work, creating a very supportive atmosphere. After various interactions with Ruth, he told me how nice she was, and that she had a good sense of humor. Often, during a procedure that Ruth performed, such as turning him in bed, he would signal his approval directly to her with a " thumbs up" or a "V for victory" sign. His approval of her was consistently positive, even to the end. Her care and respect for him were clear. We were all so fortunate that Ruth came into our lives through Home Instead. <

  Our 88-year-old mother has late-stage Alzheimer's disease that progressed significantly during the pandemic, with her care needs changing rapidly. At each stage, Home Instead responded with skilled, compassionate caregivers who not only provide excellent physical care, but who interact with her on a personal level. They engage her, show her respect and work to provide her with dignity as her care needs progress. We work very much as a team, and our family is immensely grateful for her caregivers, and for the responsiveness Home Instead has shown to help meet our mother's needs during a very difficult time.

  Home instead senior care has been a wonderful company, They are very concern about their clients and take good care of them as well. They have very good relationship with their staff and also they are dependable.
