  The service provided by the older gentleman with glasses at this store was completely unacceptable. He was unprofessional, dismissive, and exhibited clear racial bias. I personally witnessed him follow and profile an African American man and woman who were simply browsing for items. He then called security to monitor them, assuming they were attempting to steal—despite the fact that they found their items and paid for them without issue. During my own visit, I asked about price matching. He stated they only match prices with GNC and Amazon. I located the same item on Amazon, though in a slightly different size, and he abruptly dismissed it, claiming it wasn’t the same—even though it was clearly the same product. Instead of working with me, he suggested I “just order it online,” completely disregarding the fact that I made a trip to the store specifically for this item. I chose to walk out without making a purchase. I will not support establishments that demonstrate racism or treat customers with such disrespect. The Black dollar is powerful, and I will not continue to support a businesses that does not value me and my community.

  Xochilt did a great job helping me get the protein bars I needed and helped me get a great deal too. She was very kind and had a great attitude! Absolutely amazing service.

  Don’t go here if you have to return ANYTHING GNC. They do not accept returns unless you “buy at their store.” This is NOT the return policy online.
