  I have been a patient here for almost two years and this has been the worst experience!!! I’ve been on dialysis for well over ten years so I’ve been to a few clinics to compare this one and so far I have no been pleased. For starters, the clinic is ALWAYS warm... extremely warm for a dialysis clinic. The televisions are outdated and considering we’re in the middle of a pandemic, they don’t cover their chairs with anything, let alone making sure they’re properly cleaned. I’ve wiped blood off my chair twice in a week. Most of the patients use the early morning patient one to sleep while there but they play loud music so if you sleep light you won’t get any sleep due to the music. Oh and the patients connect their phones to the speaker to play the music. A few of the nurses can tend to be unprofessional. What I dislike most is not feeling as though I have a say so in my health care needs and decisions. With them it’s what they say and that’s it. They don’t consider that you know your body best. I never hear them suggest kidney transplants or how to move forward with getting one. My anxiety has grown worse from being here because I feel no one really cares. I am currently seeking a new clinic. I wish I could flip over to davita... they are much more professional and up to date with their treatment procedures.
