I had been to this location before and was telling her I needed new glasses. I was constantly interrupted and felt rushed the whole time I was there. I had to call to see if my glasses were there after 3 weeks and was told they had been sitting there at store for two weeks because no one called. When I went to pick up my other pair of glasses, it was the same attitude, like I was ruining her day. Her name is Adela and I believe she absolutely needs more training and needs a better attitude. I don’t know if she just didn’t like me, for whatever reason, but I ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN BASED OFF THESE Encounters!!!
