They told me it will be two or three weeks for my sample contacts to come back and they never came. I called constantly, spoke to multiple people and no one helped or return my phone calls. They all kept giving me some lame excuse and my insurance paid for the exam. So, if I went somewhere else it’ll be out of pocket expense. The worst experience!!
