  My experience with Dr. Piccolo and her staff, was fantastic! She addressed my problems with a professionalism I had never experienced at other dental offices !I give Family Dental and Dr . Piccolo 11 out of 10 stars ! I’d highly recommend her services to anyone with dental issues ! I thought the prices were more than fair also ! They made me feel relaxed about my situation and addressed it promptly I can’t imagine going anywhere else ! Thank you Family Dental !/

  EDIT: I'm really glad Dr. Piccolo took my concerns very seriously and responded to them very professionally. She is a great dentist and does amazing work. *After resolving the issue, I re-rated from 2 to 4 stars. Twice, my appointments overlapped with another, possibly an emergency or a double booking. I was made to wait over 45+ min for each. After seeing and reading how unsatisfied I was with this experience, Dr. Piccolo personally took this into her own hands and did everything possible to show that this won't happen again. Hopefully moving forward, Family Dental Care will not create conflicting schedules, and if it does happen, they will act accordingly and professionally. I am really hopeful! This is a great practice.
