Dr Vu was amazing! Patient, gave understandable explanations & had a plan! New glasses have helped immensely! Highly recommend this team.

She took her time explaining what it was she was providing and made sure I had an understanding before the exam was finished. As far as the service being checked out, the young lady was very patience with me, took her time throughly, assisting me with finding out about insurance and trying to find a perfect fit for my eyewear needs. Thank You. There was another person present. I was not that fond of and it was due to how she presented herself to me the day before. I had already determined, her services were no longer desired. The next day for my appointment she didn’t even speak, so with that being said, it could have ruined my experience but it didn’t. I hold that moment personally toward how she possibly serves customers or how she just serviced me that day. Once I saw her again, she had that same look in her face. possibility that could just be how she is. So concluding my experience Everyone else was amazing, and I will visit again.
