I've been visiting this location for several years now and the doctors are always wonderful and quick! However, I'm taking stars off due to the appointment system and the reception at the front desk during my latest visit. What I learned throughout my most recent experience is that the appointment reminders they send have the time you are supposed to see the doctor. In reality, you are supposed to be there 15 minutes before that time. Nowhere on the reminder emails or calendar invites generated from those say that. I was running late to the time on my email reminder and had to reschedule because I was in fact much later than the time I was supposed to be there for the pre-exam. When I brought this up at my rescheduled appointment to the front desk, they were quite dismissive. They said they call to confirm the correct time and they can't change the system. They half heartedly said they would pass along the feedback. It seems ridiculous to me that a system is setup this way and would lead to a lot of confusion. I understand that they may not personally be able to do anything about it, but they could have been more understanding. And then to boot, when I showed up 15 min before to my rescheduled appointment, they did not start the pre-exam until over 20 min later- so after the time I was supposed to see the doctor.
