Lucky for me, there is a Delta Vision optometrist located inside the store. I walked in and was promptly examined. Indeed, I had a small corneal abrasion and was prescribed medication eye drops. I filled the Rx inside the Target store at the CVS pharmacy. My eye feels much better already!
