- LTLaura ToberDec 1, 20235.0I needed a new workout routine postpartum and post-Covid and I was so lucky to find CPNC. I slowly re-built my core (and overall strength) in a warm, welcoming space and healthy manner. In addition, I learned so much about posture, improved my mental health, found the instructors incredibly personable and management to be kind and flexible. Friends have joined me at CPNC that have never incorporated a work out routine previously. If you are considering Pilates, I employ you to visit CPNC and chat to the staff, you won't regret it!
