We’ve have two Telehealth appts scheduled now where the therapist never showed up. We were never given an email or phone number to contact the therapist to see what happened. We called the main line and they weren’t able to share why she didn’t show up, nor could they guarantee that she would show up for the next session. They also said they could not give us the therapists email address. We will be finding an organization that provides clear communication and a level of competence in their work with clients.
