GK Drugs was acquired by Apotheco Pharmacy Group in 2020. We offer specialized dermatology care for those with skin conditions. We provide treatment for Atopic Dermatitis (Eczema), Acne, Actinic Keratosis, Wound Care, Fungal Infections, Psoriasis, and Rosacea. Our dermatology pharmacy is located in the heart of Lincoln Park close to parks, Lake Michigan and the Lincoln Park zoo. As part of our services, we can bring your medications to you free of charge or you can stop by and pick them up in person. While we are a full-service pharmacy in Chicago, our specialty is Dermatology and are always fully stocked and ready to deliver. We are excited to be in Chicago, nestled among numerous retail and entertainment options for our customers.

I ordered a prescription a week and a half ago on a Thursday, was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday it is now the next Monday. No word, no tracking for the shipment and no notice of late arrival. Customer service was awful. They were not solution oriented. Everything over the phone was so much more complicated and they would say they would do something and nothing ever happened. If you can't help me, transfer me to someone who can, that's all I ask! At least I could got a refund, otherwise it would've been one star. After many, many phone calls I switched to a different pharmacy.

Its been 3 days and I haven't even been able to speak to a human there much less order the medicine. I've called and emailed...received zero response. I've reached out to the dr to let them know and have requested using a different pharmacy. They only chose this one because they thought it would be faster...clearly not. Terrible service...please don't send scripts to this place because they aren't going to fill it or communicate with you at all.
