  Never called me back said there was a waiting list and that they would keep in contact to see if I was still interested someone called 2x in a 3 month span apart from what they said which was they keep in contact every other 3 weeks but I found a better place is anyone needs a place that accepts Medicaid then you should check out the gentle caress definitely won’t make you feel neglected or abandoned

  Be ware unprofessional staff, and illegal practices. This establishment should not be rated any stars. It’s a poor example of a referral service. I am still waiting on medical records that I requested in September, October, November, and December. I am still waiting. They are not familiar with working class people and do not concern themselves with time tables abs constraints when it comes to guidelines and time expectations. The falsify documents and violation hippa law as often . BEWARE location is the only thing going for this place. It’s a joke if your seeking true mental health 🙏. It’s family ran, unfortunately they are unaware of HIPPA laws. The owner Chiquita is rude and combative, don’t bother filing a complaint within the company, her brother is HR, and he has no tact or professionalism, he will advise you of his relationship with the owner. Sadly they are not supportive of good mental health.

  This Has been the worst experience in addressing my mental health, the office facilitator is very unprofessional, everything mirrors back to she has to get her child @3pm. Oh I cant update your paperwork because I have to hey my son at 3 or what time will you get here I have to get my child at 3. I should have took those signs, however going through my situation I didnt come to find out she never was updating my Dr with the information he needed which led her to filling out paperwork which he needed to fill out which led me to Not being paid. Then turned it around as oh its your fault for signing release papers, I has nothing to hide and if the is legitimate why do I need to not release the information? She told me I been doing this over a year her exact words… wow year leaves no room for growth so many things happened with this case and yet to be resolved but save yourself the stress and possible headache dont choose this place as your place for treatment they are NOT looking to help you after she was paid she was done.
