  The medical staff, and Dr. Levy, are great to work with. The administration at this location are not good. I was charged a no-show fee for an appointment I canceled after calling twice to confirm cancel more than 24 hours in advance. They never answer their phone and apparently they don’t get messages from their voicemail service which is who I deal with every time I try to work with this location. Some front desk admins are impatient with basic tasks (not all the admins). I am looking for a new ENT. This is costing time, money, and causing stress.

  Highly reccomend NOT filling out the “survey” they give you when you go to this office. I went for a completely unrelated issue and was roped into doing additonal testing after the doctor made me feel like I had severe concerns unrelated to my visit. He ordered a CT scan that ended up showing nothing wrong. It seems like they are really just trying to bill the insurance for as much as possible. My visit was almost a month ago, and I still have not gotten any written records of my visit were the testing results to get a second opinion. My PCP office Requested records a week ago and still has not received them.

  Dr. Michaelson from Chicago ENT , after the results of the tests and the diagnose, recommended Doctor T. K. Venkatesan , from his team , to perform the Septoplasty Submucous resection of inferior turbinates surgery , that was need it to free my air ways to breathe better and get enough oxigen during my night sleep , preventing to cause many other posibile health problems overtime. I give this review, so other patients can benefit from the skills , knowledge and the ENT expertise of Doctor T. K. Venkatesan as a ENT surgeon. When some were not sure about Jesus credentials , at Matthew 11:29 , Jesus reply to them : …….. All the same, wisdom is proved righteous by its works.” In a similar way , my 5 star review for doctor Venkatesan is base in his work , from the diagnose , communication , preparing , performing and very important, the result of the surgery. One week after the surgery , my airways are free , the healing process is progressing very well , I’m able to gradually restore my daily activities and my routine physical exercises , I recommend doctor Venkatesan with a 5 star review. I also give a 5 star review, to Doctor T. K. Venkatesan Chicago ENT team , including doctor Michaelson , the receptionists , and all those who were involve in scheduling , communicating , preparing and contributing to make my surgery successful.
