However, when I first arrived and inquired about the ASL interpreter that was requested more than a month before, it seems that the receptionist were unable to verify, and did not verify anything until I was called in (called my name, I told them I am Deaf), so first time I did not know I was called, the second time the receptionist told the nurse to come to me. Also they did not tell me if there is an interpreter, just asked me to follow them. Once in the office, I saw there was a video interpreter, which was fine. That should have been communicated with me and I should have been told there will be a video interpreter in the office. Other than that, all else went well. Thank you.

Who gets Cataracts?
Most people will have a slight cataract in one or both eyes by age 60. Most cataracts progress slowly over 5-15 years. It is quite normal and very treatable with corrective surgery in one or both eyes, depending on where the cataracts develop.
