  There really should be a “0 stars” option . Been calling and emailing since last year for a refund on services that I cancelled after they required me to place a deposit for booking a cleaning .Cancelled the cleaning weeks before the day because I found better pricing elsewhere that didn’t have me waiting 45min in the chair just to take a look at X-rays while the Dentist in the next room talking about how much she spent on her purses this month alone …. When I call someone will “look into it “ or “send me an email “ nada .👎🏾 The tech was GREAT,the dentist not so much .

  Great visit. For Invisalign. Arrived early and was in and out before my scheduled appointment time. The dental technician who assisted me throughout the Invisalign process was very friendly and accommodating.

  Carla is a wonderful hygienist! My experiences while receiving care were great. The only downside to my visit were the long waits in between each procedure (cleaning, x-rays, and exam).

  My first time at the office as a new patient when the doctor viewed my X-rays she made comments like “ughh girl” indicating that I needed a lot of treatment. Which I did need 2 teeth pulled. I was charged $700 for a cleaning. Then the front desk were very useless. Their treatment plan coordinator is non verbal so often times the communication is being mixed up within the office. They took about 2month to get me a pre authorization. I then went else where for a second opinion and didn’t need a pre authorization. Let alone some of the additional treatment that they were recommending. Also, constantly giving me the run around and not being able to answer questions as far as insurance. I wouldn’t recommend them.

  WARNING! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I gave 1 star, because there is no option to give NONE. This is by far, the absolute worst place I’ve ever been to! Let’s start with the wait time. Dr. Daftary, the dentist, makes you sit in the chair for OVER AN HOUR before she even sees you! It doesn’t matter what time you have an appointment, regardless, she will make you sit there and wait. Next, they made me pay in full up front for my Invisalign treatment, yet I’ve been waiting months to even receive my trays. I call just about every week, I’m always told the clinical manager, Tony, handles that department but when I ask for a call back or reach out to Tony, she NEVER replies or I simply get the run around! Needless to say, I’m still waiting for my Invisalign trays. To make matters worse, during one of my visits, I was unfortunate enough to sit near the doctors office and heard many terrible things her and the employees say about not just myself, but other patients, things I cannot even repeat. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS YOUR MONEY!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
