  Came in today 11/28/2025 to buy some pre workout and had a very bad and questionable experience with Fanessa at the front counter, from the get go it seemed she wanted it to be known she was trying to sell me the $9.99 membership and coming in today for black friday she told me the only way to get the "buy 1 get 1 50%" deal is by buying the membership she was selling, right away I knew she was wrong as I was going to purchase online rather than come in person, when I told her she was wrong she continued to try and sell that to me and proceeded to come off as upset and rude that I did not want to purchase it, I understand working in sales you want to sell as much as you can but blatantly lying and disrespecting your customers decisions is not the way to do so, even making a slick remark after the transaction, Do better.

  Everytime I come in here the short old lady has an awful attitude , extremely condescending and today she refused my GNC gift card that says is valid in any store because she can’t figure out her own system ! Shut this place down or get new management !

  I have been to this location a few times and have had wonderful experiences with Joann and Fanessa. Joann and Fanessa are so incredibly kind and friendly to me every time I stop in. They are both helpful and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the amazing customer service they provide. I will be visiting this location more often because of these women. Thank you for your kindness and assistance :)

  Had a horrible experience at this GNC. The older lady working was incredibly rude from the second I walked in — super pushy and not helpful at all. I just wanted to buy one item, but she basically held me hostage at the register, saying I couldn’t make a purchase unless I created an account. She practically forced me into it, even though I clearly said I wasn’t interested. Then when I finally tried to pay with cash, she goes, “We don’t have change.” Seriously? I said never mind and started to leave, and suddenly she goes, “Oh okay, I can take it.” Like what? The whole thing felt weird and uncomfortable. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location. Zero customer service, and way too much attitude for a vitamin shop.

  LETS JUST SAY IM A FAN OF FANESSA!!! I walked in confused on my nutrition and protein facts but thanks to my Gurl FANESSA I walk a little wiser today as well as a satisfied customer, thank you again for pointing me in the right direction, I’ll see u in 8 weeks when halfway done with my Wheybolic protein Alpha 💪🏾
