Joann and Fanessa are so incredibly kind and friendly to me every time I stop in. They are both helpful and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate the amazing customer service they provide. I will be visiting this location more often because of these women. Thank you for your kindness and assistance :)
- WMWesam MJul 19, 20251.0Had a horrible experience at this GNC. The older lady working was incredibly rude from the second I walked in — super pushy and not helpful at all. I just wanted to buy one item, but she basically held me hostage at the register, saying I couldn’t make a purchase unless I created an account. She practically forced me into it, even though I clearly said I wasn’t interested. Then when I finally tried to pay with cash, she goes, “We don’t have change.” Seriously? I said never mind and started to leave, and suddenly she goes, “Oh okay, I can take it.” Like what? The whole thing felt weird and uncomfortable. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location. Zero customer service, and way too much attitude for a vitamin shop.
