I don’t tolerate anyone speaking to my mother in a disrespectful tone. In healthcare, there should be a level of respect with patients and they have none.
- MAManal AbuseriehOct 20, 20251.0I’m very disappointed with my experience here. I purchased a 6-session laser hair removal package back in 2023 and used 4 sessions. When I tried to book my 5th and 6th sessions recently, I was told that because of a new policy change I could no longer use the sessions I already paid for. At no point was I ever notified about this policy change — not by email, text, or through their social media. Instead of receiving a call back to confirm my appointment as promised, I was sent a message stating that sessions purchased in 2022–2023 would no longer be honored. This feels unfair and unprofessional. The only reason I originally chose this location was because I was comfortable being treated by Haneen. When I explained this to the manager, I was told I could follow her to her new suite elsewhere. That’s not the point — I already paid this business for services, and I shouldn’t be robbed of what I purchased. Yes, I waited before using my remaining sessions, but I was told I could use them later for touch-ups. For the business to unilaterally change the policy and refuse to honor prepaid sessions is simply wrong. Clients should not lose money because a business decides to change its rules without proper notice. I hope this review makes others aware before purchasing packages here.

She is an amazing doctor who has the most genuine approach. She listens. She cares. And it is evident she has a passion for what she does.
