- RBRhea BhargavaSep 10, 20251.0Oh man, never again! I walk in for my appointment at 3:20 PM. Takes about 25 minutes before I'm in the testing area. The lady continues to have trouble entering data on her iPad and needs help. Both Airpods are in this entire visit. The doctor is meeting remotely; I run through my tests. Takes about an hour, with the assistant randomly going in and out without saying a word, sometimes being gone for up to 10 minutes. Finally get through everything, ask if I can leave and they have me "hang around." 4:35 PM at this point, so I'm a little annoyed. This assistant cannot seem to get her stuff together and struggles to enter my information, which was already provided twice before the appointment (on the phone and via form). She asks another coworker, and the two argue about how to enter the information while sitting across from me. Assistant calls it a "learning moment"... Respectfully, learn before you waste an hour and a half of my time. They eventually apologize for having me witness this. Still tense, at 4:45 PM, I ask for them to please pick it up as I had obligations that evening. Finally leave at about 5 PM. Wasted so much of my time, unnecessarily.
