Very long process because she was having to deal with walk-in customers picking up glasses, fixing broken glasses, processing orders for new glasses being ordered & other inquiries. She was very pleasant to deal with but had her hands full. I felt bad for her in all honesty. The eye exam area had one staff person & one Doctor. The exam process was quick & efficient. I have been wearing glasses for over 40 years & my first time giving LensCrafters my business. It will probably be my last. Also not sure my insurance was applied correctly so need to deal with that when I pick up my glasses. Overall frustrating process.
