  I visited this GNC on Sunday, November 23rd, 2025, and had a very unpleasant experience with the woman working the register. Every time I come into this store, she hassles me for no reason and makes the entire visit uncomfortable. The energy drinks were clearly marked at $1.99 right on the case, but instead of honoring the price and providing good customer service, she gave me an attitude and acted like she was doing me a favor. This is not the first time she has treated me this way. I will never shop at this location as long as she continues to work here. If she cannot be polite or respectful to customers, then she should not be working in customer service at all. Her behavior is unprofessional and makes the store very unwelcoming. I also want to add that she tried to charge me $5 for one can and acted like she was “doing me a favor” by saying she would let me have it for $1.99 “this time.” The posted price clearly shows $1.99, and the case price is $23.99. She claimed the drinks were “originally $5,” which is not true. In my personal opinion, this behavior seems very sketchy and raises concerns that she may be overcharging or skimming money from other customers as well. I have photos of the posted prices to support this.

  Almost everything I'm in GNC at Champaign mall, David is there. He is so knowledgeable and kind. I do enjoy his help, he is the reason I'm becoming a regular customer. I've only had one bad experience. There was a female sitting behind the counter. She didn't speak, offer to assist me, nothing. I much prefer David! I hope mgmt can read this because he's brought so much life into the store! He is such a pleasure and his customer service is outstanding! I'm now a regular customer!
