- APAmy PhamMay 20, 20251.0I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Went to pick up my antibiotic yesterday. Was told they didn’t have the available amount to fill the script, so they gave me what they had in stock within the pharmacy to get me through until tomorrow. The worker said they would order more and should have the remainder ready by the next day. Came in the next day to ask for the remaining fill of my med and was told they didn’t have enough of the antibiotic and proceeded to try doing another partial fill with what they had. I was very upset that the pharm tech still proceeded to do a partial fill when I explicitly said I needed the remainder of the med. I told him it was ridiculous to do a partial fill and found it pointless to have to come back multiple times to get it. I ended up having the pharm tech transfer the script to a different Osco pharmacy that actually had enough med in stock. I was very agitated that so much time was wasted on this matter due to the poor management. I am planning to switch pharmacies after this experience.

One time they said we don’t have the medicine and need to wait for next day and they don’t even call and inform us with what’s going on. Few times they said we never received it your order and I always have to follow up and see if it’s ready, this is ridiculous and changing my pharmacy today.
