Needless to say I was out of the loop when it came to what I should buy in terms of my needs and wants. The employee at this GNC (Geneva Rd. in Carol Stream) was incredibly helpful. He asked what my goals were, what type of exercises and strength regime I was looking to get into. Took the time to walk me around the store showing me different products, explaining each one and their differences, while never making me feel like I was being sold due to my lack of knowledge on the topic.
